Biography

Younes Alblooshi is an Emirati Advocate and leads the litigation team in Dubai.

He has significant experience in all main areas of law including Civil, Criminal, Commercial and Labour Litigation; being an Emirati national, he has full rights of audience before all UAE Courts.

Younes represents both local and international clientele in all area of law and built specific expertise in the real estate and rental disputes field.

He regularly advises clients on all types of litigation, including more complex topics in criminal and corporate proceedings.

Younes has achieved a remarkable success rate in the court disputes supported by excellent negotiation skills.

Before joining BBA, Younes worked for many years in the legal department of the UAE Ministry of Interior and the UAE Insurance Authority.
