Biography

Munther Hamdan is a Jordanian lawyer with more than 25 years of legal practice. After completing his studies of Law in Jordan, he moved to the UAE in 1996 to pursue his legal career.

From 1999 to 2016 he worked at the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as an Arbitrator in Personal Status cases and Chief Legal Auditor, responsible for training the new employees and the undergraduate law students eager to practice law in the public sector.

Munther joined BBA in 2016 where he is a senior associate to civil and criminal litigation, with a particular focus on the Personal Status issues.
