Biography

Khalil Bazzina is a very experienced lawyer with over twenty-five years of legal practice, of which ten of in the UAE.

His understanding of the laws goes from corporate finance, banking, debt collection and implementation through the stipulated insolvency laws of the UAE.

Currently, Khalil is a senior associate at BBA, Dubai office where he write legal documents, performs in-depth studies and provides legal opinion to BBA’s clients in all areas of law.

One of is main strengths is his pragmatism in finding the most appropriate solution to the clients’ need.

Before joining BBA, he worked in Cairo. Khalil obtained his law degree from Alexandria University.
